It was the Independence celebrations of the country, Niger yesterday, 18th December 2019 and Nana Addo who was one of the dignitaries that were invited to the occasion was present.
In the photo sighted by thedistin.com which is going viral, one can see the president of Ghana seriously dozing off and this is not the first time he’s been captured sleeping in public.
