Well, a Twitter user @Rvp_Clerk has shared photos and videos which expose how some computer sellers at Circle spray their second-hand PCs with black paint for them to look new.
If you’re not smart enough, you may think you bought a brand new machine. But in reality, an over-used laptop was sold to you at a high cost.
