A reputable financial institution located in Accra is looking for qualified persons to fill the following position: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of corporate digital marketing strategy and activities

Key Responsibilities

• Digital marketing strategy – develop the company’s digital marketing strategy in line with its business goals
• Content Management – create and manage content for the company’s digital channels
• Client Engagement – communicate with online stakeholders, respond to client across all digital channels
• Brand Management – develop appropriate brand awareness campaigns to ensure that the company’s brand stays positive, authentic and attractive to its target market
• Capacity Building – develop and organize appropriate training sessions and workshops periodically
• Management Reporting – conduct appropriate online research, monitor SEO and web traffic metrics, track key performance indicators and report on ROI
• Any other responsibilities relating to the digital marketing space that management may assign from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience

• A good BSc, a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or related field
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing at an organizational or agency level
• Strong in-depth understanding of digital media platforms with specific proof of their familiarity
• Must have working experience in the use of creative design tools and mobile image editing Apps
• Excellent communication skills in writing and a good eye for creative artwork assessment
• Experience in creative writing, graphic design and photography skills would be an added advantage
