The relationship of a couple is about crushing as the man of the girlfriend has refused to share the amount he won through his bet with his girlfriend’s money he stole.
The woman demanded a percentage of the money her boyfriend won from the bet because he used her money to stake it. But the boyfriend was not willing to pay the percentage demanded from the girlfriend.
According to a Nigerian Twitter user, identified as @Yemihazan, the girlfriend visited the man at his house and decided to have her hair done. Before leaving to the salon, she left N1000 equivalent to ¢15 on the shelf.
The boyfriend took the money and used it to stake a sports bet after which apologised to his partner and promised to pay back.
Few days later his bet clicked and he won an amount of 322,000 Naira (almost 4,800).
In his excitement, he told the girlfriend and she requested that he gave her 100,000 Naira (GHC1,480) because, according to her, the money which won the bet was hers.
The guy, however, declined her request and insisted that he had only promised to pay back the money he took.
