Veteran singer, Gyedu-Blay Ambolley has dared rapper Okyeame Kwame to take him to court if he considers the allegation levelled against him as defamatory.
Ambolley had earlier alleged that MUSIGA loaned Okyeame Kwame GHC 50,000 which he failed to payback.
Okyeame Kwame reacting to the allegation threatened to sue veteran musician Gyedu Blay Ambolley if he doesn’t withdraw a ‘defamatory statement’ he made on radio against him.
According to Okyeame Kwame the allegations leveled against him are false hence gave Ambolley 72hrs to retract the defamatory statement made against him or meet him in court.
Though Okyeame Kwame formally wrote to Ambolley through his Lawyers to retract the statement within 72 hours, he has refused to do so and has even dared the rapper to take the issue to court.
Speaking in an interview on Happy FM, Ambolley said Okyeame Kwame can take the issue to court if he wants to.
“Okyeame Kwame should go to court. If he wants to take the issue to court, he should,” Ambolley said.
