Currently, we are looking for Business Development Manager Team Leader who
will be a direct link between DPDHL and our customers.

As An Ideal Candidate, these Are Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate business development strategy and plans to achieve market and customer growth and retention rateDraft
  • Business development plans and budgets including account management approach and account plans for the assigned geographic region
  • Track revenue generation, profit/ expense objectives and coordinate for assigned
  • geographic region
  • Deliver new business development initiatives/ operations work with Countries, sales team to initiate and establish relationships
  • Deliver market studies and feasibility studies to assess the market potential prospect
  • new business development opportunities through market research, developing marketing initiatives, etc. Explore
  • Industrial Projects Business Development opportunities with government
  • authorities and relevant parties Identify, pursue and acquire profitable Industrial Projects business relationships with key customers
  • Negotiate to obtain new customers and support the Countries Sales team in difficult negotiations to secure critical sales Improved
  • customer interactions and their overall development understand
  • customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise direct reports,

  • goals and objectives for team members for the achievement of operational results

Requirement

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Oil & Gas and/or Mining Sector
  • Experience in the Sale Department in the West African market
  • knowledge and experience in Logistic and Transportation area in the West African market
  • knowledge and experience of managing multiple/varied costumers
  • Good communication and presentation skills and ideally selling
  • experience in competitive markets fully
  • computer literate, with a solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Enjoy communication and interaction with people results orientated
