Young Ghanaian millionaire, Ibrah One has reacted to the viral video of security forces abusing people who violated the lockdown rules.

Ghana’s Coronavirus lockdown commenced yesterday 30th March 2020 and security personnel were deployed to make sure the lockdown is observed.

A video emerged yesterday which saw some security personnel giving some inhumane punishments to people who fail to obey the lockdown rules.

Reacting to the viral video, Ibrah indicated that the homeless people and elderly people especially do not deserve such humiliation.

In a submission via his Instagram story, people who flout the lockdown rules should either be fined or jailed rather than beating them.

“Since morning I’ve been seeing photos and videos of security personnel beating and abusing people. This is not right. Most of the people they’re beating are elderly people and the homeless. For the homeless, which home do you expect them to be locked in?What I want to ask is, if someone beats a family member of some of these security personnel, how will they feel about it?There are laws, either jail or fine people who violate the laws of lockdown instead of the unnecessary beatings.”
