J.J Rawlings Applauds Nana Akuffo Addo On His Lockdown Speech | Video

Founder of National Democratic Congress, John Jerry Rawlings has heaped praises on Nana Addo over his outstanding speech during his press conference to address the nation on his lockdown directives.

The president of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwah has issued the directive for the lockdown of Greater Accra Region, Kasoa Municipally and Kumasi metropolis for the next two weeks.

President Nana Akufo-Addo made the declaration in a national address delivered on Friday, March 27, 2020.

According to the President of the land, the lockdown will start from 1 am on Monday, 31st March 2020 and will run for 2 weeks subject to constant review.

Former president of Ghana, John Jerry Rawlings after carefully listening to Nana Addo’s speech was also given the platform to share his thoughts.

The event at which John Jerry Rawlings was asked to give his views on the sitting president’s lockdown speech is not yet disclosed but he eulogized him with due respect.

“We are very fortunate also that somebody like Nana Akuffo-Addo has emerged over here.

Even though I like that man but I haven’t, no, but I respect him for certain principles and values and I just keep, I will continue to pray and I sincerely hope that he stays the track and that he will be a great leader”
