Ghana’s finest rapper Michael Owusu Addo known in showbiz as Sarkodie has disclosed how Shatta Wale’s feature on Beyonce’s “Already” song impacted him.

Last year, Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale was one of the Ghanaian representatives that featured on Beyonce “Lion King” album.

Shatta Wale featured on Beyonce “Already” song which received massive airplay in Ghana upon it’s release.

We remembered clearly how a number of Ghanaian celebrities congratulated Shatta Wale on his major achievement as he became the first Ghanaian to collaborate with Beyonce.

Sarkodie also took to his social media handle to congratulate his Ghanaian brother, Shatta Wale. However, the SM boss in an interview disclosed that Sarkodie’s congratulatory message was not from his heart.

Well, Sarkodie in an interview with Dentaa on the “Dentaa Show” finally disclosed how Shatta Wale’s collaboration with Beyonce impacted him.

According to Sarkodie, before Beyonce released her song “Already” which featured Shatta Wale, he was in London trying to seal a contract which had lingered on for a long time because of the investors’ lack of understanding and appreciation of Afrobeats.

He revealed that the same week Beyonce released her song “Already” featuring Shatta Wale, instantly he was able to seal the contract the same week.
