The immediate former president John Dramani Mahama and the flagbearer of the major opposition party, NDC, as part of the measures to help curb the pandemic and contain the country recorded cases, have been making some donations since Ghana recorded her first case till now.
The Keta municipal hospital management, last week Friday, made their cry out to the Ghana government on the unavailability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs).
A few days after, the former president and his team that is the (NDC COVID-19 Technical Team) quickly responded to their grievances and acted on it as early as possible by sending some of the protective clothing items to the management of the hospital mentioned above.
The former president wasn’t present during the presentation of the items but the items were delivered on his behalf by the chairman of the team, Mr.Prosper Bani. Each set of PPEs comes with a gown, goggle, face shield N95 face mask, gloves, head cap, and gumboot.
