As of today 8th May 2020, the confirmed number of cases in Ghana has hit 4,012 with 323 recoveries and 18 deaths.
According to Ghana Health Services website, over 900 new cases have been identified.
However, death counts still remain at 18 with no new death but recoveries have increased from 303 to 323.
Greater Accra Region still leads in the highest number of cases followed by the Ashanti Region.
Bono East, Ahafo and Savanah Region have still not recorded any case of coronavirus.
