Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong has shared his experience after going into the farming business for a number of years.

Speaking in an exclusive interview on JoyNews, the controversial Kennedy Agyapong said that it will be better to work in the media than venture into farming because the media is far better than becoming a farmer.

According to Kennedy Agyapong, he ventured into plantain and fish pond farming but he abandoned everything because of litigation issues between chief in those areas.

He also added that he ventured into rice farming as well in his constituency but when it got to the time to harvest the rice, his over 800 workers abandoned the farm.

According to Kennedy Agyapong, Ghanaians are very lazy and that is the hard truth. The only thing they know how to do is to accuse people who come out of hardship that they doing drugs.

He also indicated that the government of Ghana is not doing enough to help farmers in this country because
the subsidies they talk about is a fallacy.
