DEFAMATION We refer to the above-captioned subject and write on the instructions Tracy Boakye, Our Client.
We have been reliably informed that you have consciously taken steps to publish untruthful statements about Miss Boakye. On or about the 17th day of June, 2020, you published defamatory statements with one Nana Reagan about our Client on your social media platform (a youtube video with the title “Beef Nation! Reviewing Kennedy Agyapong & Prophet Nigel Gaisie’s Leaks, Highlights and Suspicions)
We have also been informed that you branded our Client as an informant to one Prophet Nigel Gaisie and that she leaks information from the former President to the Man of God. Without any evidence you stated that Our Client had an affair with Mr. Gaisie on your program. Being fully aware that no names of informants were mentioned on the earlier show which brought up your discussion, you somehow found a way to fix our Client’s name in your stories.
We wish to state categorically that our Client has not been to Mr. Kennedy Agyapong to apologise for anything and that our Client had no part to play in all that you discussed in the video. Our Client deems it a calculated attempt from you to tarnish her reputation.
We have our Client’s instructions to demand that you retract and apologise to her and further cause the said video on youtube/social media to be deleted forthwith.
