Diana Asamoah, the Ghanaian gospel songstress, has broken silence on her motivations and inspiration to her gospel music genre, attributing it to the style and lyrical content of the Jamaican singer, songwriter, and musician called in the industry as Bob Marley.

According to her, the lyrics of Bob Marley’s song, devoid of the criticisms are still refreshing despite the number of years it has been in existence.

She explained that she wouldn’t want to involve herself in somethings to make trending her priority as that would only take her off the line of what is expected in her ministry.

“I do lifetime songs like Bob Marley [does]; that is why most of my music is Pentecostal hymns because they will not wither in changing seasons,”

She stated

She indicated that her fame and success in the ministry is not her doing but by the grace of God and her way of praising the highest she serves.
