Popular Ghanaian rapper Kwame Nsiah-Apau known widely by the name Okyeame Kwame, his indicated that he is searching for fellow creative Gyedu Blay Ambolley in relation to a court case.

The musician known also as the Rap Dacta, took to Facebook to indicate that a court bailiff is looking to serve Mr Ambolley with summons which has been necessitated by a suit filed against the veteran singer.

Okyeame Kwame revealed that he was still in search of the Kwaakwaa singer so that he can be duly served with writs but he is nowhere to be seen.

The Rap Dacta indicated that the highlife icon had up to 8 days to show up in court or face the dire consequences.Okyeame Kwame’s notice on Facebook read: “We have been trying to give this writ to Mr Gyadu-Blay Ambolley since March this year but the bailiff couldn’t find him to deliver. So pls if you know where the legend is, pls tell him the court is looking for Him. He must report within 8 days.

This document is legal. Thank You”He went on to call on all those who knew Gyedu Blay Ambolley to bring the note to his attention so that he does not flout the rules of the court. It would be recalled that somewhere in February 2020, Ambolley made some comments about the Kpa singer which the latter regarded as defamatory.

Gyedu Blay Ambolley is reported to have stated that former president of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), Bice Osei Kuffour (Obour), gave GHC50,000 to his close friends, one of which Okyeame Kwame was a beneficiary.Okyeame Kwame, through his lawyers then served notice to Ambolley to retract the comments but it appears that was not done.

This has necessitated the current suit which is requiring Mr Ambolley to make an appearance in court.
