Michael Ajereh, known in the industry as Don Jazzy and Nigerian talented songstress Tiwa Savage, have been taken into police custody for questioning and interrogation over some political comments they made about the current administration of President Buhari.
According to the Saharah Reporters, the two Nigerian Musicians were summoned by the police and DSS about two weeks ago, to caution them on political comments they make on their social media handles.
The duo was again invited with some other musicians which include Yemi Alade and Wake by Zubairu Muazu, known as the commissioner of police for Lagos State, to be warned to not indulge themselves in political affairs.
According to him, involving politics with music would only cause destruction in the administration of their ruling President, President Buhari but the team of Tiwa Savage has made it known that they would not be mute but to be the voices of their people.
The Commissioner of Police warned the Musicians to stay off political talks on social media that will bring problems to them and also incur the wrath of President Buhari and his administration.
A member of the Tiwa Savage management team has however made it clear that the female Artist will continue to be the mouthpiece of her people.
