Captain Samson Tommey, the father of the late Barbara Tommey who was shot by her pastor-husband till she died at Florida spotted shedding tears at Barbara’s burial service.
According to him, the family, both at home and abroad, could scarcely comprehend the way his daughter could have gone in such heartless circumstances.

Sampson X. Tommey remembered how Barbara would arrived to pick him up whenever he touched down at the airport after he had flown and had a nice talk with him.
In a pretty profound statement, the ex-military man said that her loss is a perfect example of a tussle between light and darkness.
Present at the late Barbara’s funeral was Ghana’s ambassador to the US, His Excellency Dr. Barfour Adje-Barwuah

Sampson X. Tommey first made public appearance when he addressed issues concerning his daughter death after he released a press statement.
The father of the deceased Barbara Tommey who happens to be a retired military man has come out to speak on his daughter’s death for the first time.
Retired military man, Sampson X. Tommey has released an immediate statement on Barbara Tommey’s death and he stood on behalf of his family as the statement revealed.
According to the statement, the family of the deceased Barbara Tommey expressed how traumatized the news on the death of their loved has caused them.The family detailed how it’s members in the U.S and Ghana are facing difficulties and also thanked Ghanaians and all who are grieving with them.
The press released also revealed that the investigation towards their loved sister and daughter are ongoing by the Orlando Police Department.
However, the family discouraged any information from the media, or interviews by persons and others working from radio stations to the other to make discussions on the death of their loved one that are as interference with the investigation process.
