NDC Introduces The “Fa Ninyinaa” And “Kyemupe” Policies For 2020/2021 Tertiary Students | Checkout The Full Benefits

The National Democratic Congress (NDC). announces that it has accepted for incorporation in the Peoples’ Manifesto, the recommendation of the Education Policy Group of the party that the next NDC government absorbs the FULL school fees of Ghanaian students who will be admitted to tertiary institutions in the 2020/2021 academic year.

The government of the New Democratic Congress (NDC) headed by John Dramani Mahama have released a press statement on a new policy concerning free education which in this time is extended to the Tertiary level of education in Ghana.

The press statement indicates two sections however, fresh students admitted into the University will benefit it fully.

In the statements released, the NDC government will absorb all the fees of fresh University students in what they call FA NINYINAA policy.

For continuing students, the next government (if the NDC wins) will only absorb 50% of their fees in what was dubbed KYEMUPE” policy.

And since the NDC government has not condemned the Free Shs policy and plans to add more spices to it, the new ‘Kyemupe’ and ‘Fa Ninyinaa’ policies will benefit parents to enable their wards who graduate from their Senior High Schools to continue free tertiary education without another pressure.

The shortcoming from this policies released by the NDC is that it failed to specify which of the tertiary institutions to benefit this, be it the private Universities or the Governmental Universities.

NEXT NDC GOVERNMENT TO INTRODUCE “FA NINYINAA” POLICY FOR GHANAIAN STUDENTS WHO WILL BE ADMITTED TO TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS NEXT YEAR


The National Democratic Congress (NDC). announces that it has accepted for incorporation in the Peoples’ Manifesto, the recommendation of the Education Policy Group of the party that the next NDC government absorbs the FULL school fees of Ghanaian students who will be admitted to tertiary institutions in the 2020/2021 academic year.


This policy is an enhancement of our commitment in the People’s Manifesto to absorb 50% of the school fees of all tertiary students for the 20202021 academic year through the “K’YEMUPE” policy, which will now apply to only continuing students in tertiary institutions in the country.


The Flagbearer of the Party, H.E John Dramani Mahama will in due course, throw mom light on this enhanced package for Ghanaian students who be admitted to tertiary institutions next year dubbed, “FA NINYINAA”.
