Nigerian singer Omah Lay is currently in Uganda fighting hard not to go jail for defying COVID 19 Protocols.

In post published yesterday by thedistin.com, we reported that Nigerian singer Omah Lay was arrested in Uganda.

Today, the singer was handcuffed like a hardened criminal and sent to court for judges to hear his case.

Omah Lay unfortunately was denied bail by the court when he appeared and is to be in police custody till Wednesday.

Omah Lay was arrested with another Nigerian singer Tem who billed to perform at the same concert.

Omah Lay and his colleague have been charged with negligently doing acts likely to spread an infectious diseases.
