Actor Prince David Osei in an interview on Joy News has revealed that he and his colleagues did not support the NPP because of money.
We all know that Kalybos, Afia Schwarzenegger, Bismark The Joke, Prince David Osei, Jessica Williams and others were the celebrities who endorsed NPP and indeed their influence has played massive role in Nana Addo’s position as Ghana’s president-elect for the next four years.
According to Prince David Osei, he did not talk to anybody in 2016 when he started to endorse the NPP and Nana Addo.
In 2016 Prince was not seen publicly as he became the talk of town in the just ended elections especially because of some derogatory comments he raised and he being bashed for campaigning against his colleague actor, John Dumelo who was a first timer Mp aspirant for AyawasO West Wuogon.
Prince David Osei has revealed that he and his friends; Kalybos, Afia Schwarzenegger, Bismark The Joke, Jessica Williams, Bibi Bright and others campaigned for the NPP because they had better policies and not that they were hungry and needed money from the politicians.
Per Prince David Osei’s claims, he nor his colleague NPP believers have not been paid by anyone as many have speculated but says if the politicians approach him that they want to thank him with a gift, he cannot say no.
