The Minister for Information who also doubles as the Member of Parliament for the Ofoase Ayirebi, Honourable Kojo Oppong Nkrumah shows off his DJing skills at a party.

Honourable Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has unearth yet another talent as he turns a disc jockey, DJ at an undisclosed party.

In a video making waves on the internet sighted by Thedistin.com, Kojo Oppong was seen with a professional DJ at a party and doing some antics.

The guests around could be heard cheering him up.

Meanwhile the Minister for Information who also doubles as the Member of Parliament for the Ofoase Ayirebi, Honourable Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has finally waded into the development which is causing uproar and tensions on social media that has to do with death threats on journalists.

According to the MP, it is about time these complaints are thoroughly investigated to bring the perpetrators into book. He has therefore called on security agencies to gear up and ensure the safety of our media men.

Just recently, Manasseh Azure Awuni informed JoyNews about a death threat against him from an unknown person following his opinion article on the elections and its surrounding brouhaha.

UTV presenter Afia Pokuaa has also registered her displeasure over the adamant gesture by the Ghana Journalists Association over the threats against the lives of journalists.

It was also reported earlier today that, renewed broadcaster and host of Angel Anopa Bofo show, Captain Smart’s house was raided by armed robbers.

Honourable Kojo Oppong Nkrumah reacting to this, has registered his resentment over the development and sent a message of encouragement to these bold journalists whose lives have been threatened. He also indicated that, the reputation of media freedom and the rights of journalists must be protected.

In a post sighted on his official Facebook page, he composed; “A number of journalists have reported threats and at least one (1) robbery in the aftermath of the 2020 elections. It has been suggested that these threats are associated with their work as journalists. It is of critical importance that our security agencies get to the bottom of these complaints and use all the legitimate means at their disposal to unmask the identities of the culprits – whatever their motives – and arrest and prosecute them with speed. Ghana’s enviable reputation as a protector of journalists’ rights and freedoms must be preserved. Manasseh Awuni, Captain Smart, Afia Pokua et al, my thoughts are with you“.
