Assin Central MP, Kennedy Agyapong has said that he is the highest paid member in the parliament house.
According to him in an interview with Adom TV, he remarked that a lot of people do think being a parliamentarian is a lucrative business, but they rather suffer a lot.

Ken Agyapong explained that the reason why he’s the highest paid is because most of the other MPs have taken several loans that get deducted from their accounts on monthly basis.
But he has only one loan (a car loan) which they deduct from his account. Making him to have the highest salary at the end of the month.
