A young Ghanaian guy has shared his COVID 19 experience after he revealed that he may have contracted the virus after a night at bloombar.
Narrating his story, the young guy revealed that he went to the Holy Trinity hospital after he felt ill.
He said that he conducted all kind of tests such as Malaria, Typhoid, HIV among others but the result was negative.
His doctor then told him he suspected it was COVID and after a test, it was conformed.
According to him, his mother arranged for a bed for him at Korle-Bu hospital but upon getting there he lost his bed to a woman who came in with a critical condition.
He said that he was then transferred to Ridge Hospital for treatment and on the day of his arrival two patients with him in the same ward died.
The following day, another two people opposite him died and in that instant, he told the hospital nurses and doctors, he could not stay in the hospital any longer.
As a result, he was asked to fill a form and was discharged to continue treatment at home.
According to him, during his treatment at Ridge, nothing liquid or solid could enter his system and he was placed on ventilators, because he couldn’t breathe properly.
He revealed that he went to bloombar to chill during the Christmas holidays and also went to a friend’s wedding, afterwards, he hasn’t been feeling very well.
He suspects he may have contracted the virus at one of those outings.
