President Nana Akufo-Addo and his wife Rebecca have paid their last respect to the former President Jerry John Rawlings.
Former President Rawlings unfortunately died last year November at the Korle Bu after a short illness.
The funeral rites for his burial has commenced and is body has been laid in state at the Accra Conference Centre for dignitaries to paid their last respect to the former President.

President Akufo-Addo and his wife Rebecca arrived at the Accra Conference Centre this morning to fly pass the mortal remains of the former President Rawlings and paid their last respect.
He then went on to greet Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings, Rawlings Children and the entire family.
