The NDC legal team for the petitioner has finally submitted their witness statement accord to the supreme court order.

Following the supreme court petition which was sent by John Dramani Mahama against the electoral commission and New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Already the proceedings have started, on 20th the court ordered all the parties involved in the case to file a witness statement, unfortunately, the petitioner couldn’t fulfil what the court said.

New Patriotic Party and the Electoral commission sent their witness statement accordingly to what the court said.

In the witness statement of EC headed by Jean Mensah stated she still stand on the motion Nana Addo Dankwa is the legitimate winner of 2020 election.

The legal team of the new patriotic insisted the motion filed by John Dramani Mahama to the supreme court is baseless and the court should dismiss the case.

After the court sat on the case on 26th of this month they ordered the petitioner to submit their witness statement before the case proceeds on Thursday 28th of this month.

News coming this afternoon from Graphic reveals the legal team for the petitioner has finally submitted their witness statement accord to the court order.

The names of the legal team which went to the supreme today include Sammy Gyamfi, Tony Lithur and the great Tsatsu Tsikata.
