A video circulating on social media has it that, some residents in one of the Villages in Agona Nkwanta have called on the government of Ghana to come to their aid because the Chinese in the village has killed and eaten all the vultures and frogs in the area.
One of the concerned residents who was interviewed in the video disclosed that vultures and frogs are now scarce in the village all because of the Chinese’s crave for the meat of vultures and frogs.
According to the residents, the Chinese now pay boys to use catapults to kill vultures and this has become a worry to them.
“We no longer hear the cries of frogs in the area all because the Chinese have killed and chopped them all”. The Interviewer Said!!!
The villagers also are advising the Chinese people to establish fruit juice company for them as a means of employment and to compensate them. They are therefore appealing to the government to come to their aid to either ban them or take their passport from them.
