Ghana Election 2020 result has been challenged by the flagbearer of the opposition party John Mahama, the NDC claiming the results declared are incorrect.
In order to seek a redress of the election result, the opposing NDC petitioned the Supreme Court in order to rule in their favour.
The petitioners (Mahama and NDC party) filed various motions to the supreme Court in order to serve as evidence in favour of their case.
But the Supreme Court in several cases has dismissed most of the motions filed by the petitioners.
This has made netizens to call out the Supreme as biased especially its denial of allowing the Electoral Commissioner to serve as a witness for the commission
