The lady definitely is a Nigerian from her accent who was clad in an all straight apple green dress made it clear that is embarrassed at where her man chose to ask her to marry him.
According to her, he (the man’s) friends are proposing at beautiful places so she is concerned about why he chose a market among the other places available.
She insulted the man and other people who tried to calm her down and asked if her man was mad to do such a thing to her.
