Election Petition: Mahama Makes His 3rd Error In His Closing Address

In the petitioner’s closing address, he has made his third error in stating wrongly, the date he filed the petition.

In a recall, former President John Dramani Mahama made some errors in his first petition submitted to the court and later called to edit it.

He interchanged the position of the first respondent the Electoral Commission and the second responded President Nana Adoo Dankwa Akuffo Addo.

He repeated the same mistake in his motion to edit the submitted petition in addition to other mistakes.

Now he made his third mistake in his closing address the courtrt by stating by stating ”30th December, 2021 instead of 30th December, 2020”.
