Movie producer and owner of miracle films, Samuel Nyamekye, disclosed the shocking amount he paid Mercy Asiedu for playing a character in popular Kumawood movie “Asoreba”
Speaking to Zionfelix in an interview, Samuel Nyamekye revealed that Mercy Asiedu was not the one meant to play the character of a women’s fellowship leader in the popular Kumawood movie “Asoreba”.

According to him, the role was meant for another person who late failed to act in the movie due to certain reasons.
Samuel Nyamekye said that his colleague Jackson K. Bentum suggested they use Mercy Asiedu for the role who was by then featuring on concert party.
He disclosed that Asoreba was Mercy Asiedu’s first movie she acted and she played it so well.
Samuel Nyamekye further added that he paid Mercy Asiedu GHC30 for the role she played in the Kumawood movie “Asoreba”
