Supreme Court of Ghana has finally declared the result of the 2020 election petition submitted to the court on 30 December 2020.
The Supreme Court in a unanimous decision has declared the election petition to have merits for hearing.

This decision was after hearing case for 42 days after election.
Supreme Court hearing of the Election Petition challenging results of the 2020 Presidential Election, unanimously affirms Nana Akufo-Addo as having been validly elected as President of Ghana, having obtained more than 50% of the votes.
