Ghana as a country has artists who once received Grammy awards for the country but were never hyped the way Burna Boy and Wizkid has been hyped.
Some Ghanaians artist, however, has received nominations and awards from Grammy but because they are not most people’s favorite, their names are not hyped.

In 2015, Rocky Dawuni was nominated for Best Reggae Album, Killbeatz won the producer of the year in 2018 on Edsheeranis Divide album “Bebia b3y3 yie”.
FuseODG also won the songwriter in 2018 on the same Divide album as one of the hit tracks.
Ghanaians needs to know how to hype and stop selfish behaviour, if its not in their interest then it wont go anywhere.
Nigerians hyped Burna Boy and Wizkid to the point that the whole world recognised that Nigerians has won Grammy.
We need to hype our musicians as well
