Ghanaian Comedian DKB has blasted the government after the introduction of the new health levy that makes Ghanaians pay 1% tax to cover costs incurred during the lockdown.
In a recall, Minister of Information Oppong Nkrumah in a press made it clear that Ghanaians are to pay 1% tax to help defer the cost incurred on freebies that the government gave during the covid-19 lockdown.

The Government of Ghana provided free water for the whole country for 9 months and also gave 50% on electricity.
However, Ghanaians have reacted to the tax increment which is expected to affect everything including Oil.
DKB also joined the citizens to blast the government for deceiving Ghanaians.
