American rapper, Cardi B has spoken on her Ghanaian bestfriend, Akuapem Poloo‘s 3 months jail sentence as she reveals she was to be given a social media probation or community service punishment.

Cardi B’s reaction comes after a music promotion page on Twitter, AfroMuzik TV tagged her in their post asking her to speak on the issue.

The controversial rapper in a tweet opined that the jail term was a bit harsh. According to Cardi B, she has seen lots of American going for such photoshoots the actress did.

Instead of jail sentence, Cardi B thinks the ACcra Circuit Court and the presiding judge, her ladyship, Christina Cann should have just given Akuapem Poloo a a social media probation or community service punishment.

AfroMuzik TV on Twitter wrote:

@iamcardib your twinee in Ghana, Akuapem Poloo has been sentenced to 90 days imprisonment for posting naked photos together with her son on her son’s birthday in June 2020.  what is your take on this Cardi????

Below is Cardi B’s reaction:

I seen a lot of Americans do photoshoots like that .Even tho is not my style I don’t think she was going for sexual more going the natural idea.I think jail is a bit harsh .Maybe social media probation or community service.
