Dr. Osei Kwame Despite, brother Dr. Ofori Sarpong and other executives of the East Legon Fitness Club attend the house-warming of Business mogul (CEO of Dansafriy Company Ltd.), Mr. Derek Danso Afriyie aka Double D at East Legon.
The CEO of Dansafriy Company Ltd, Mr. Derek Danso, popularly known as Double D, yesterday, April 17, 2021, opened his newly built mansion located at East Legon in a grand style.
Double D as he is affectionately called is a business mogul who happens to be the owner of the company that produces number plates in Ghana and he also doubles as an International Real Estate developer.
At the opening yesterday, a lot of rich and respected people in Ghana and the East Legon area were present to celebrate with him.
Notable people like Dr. Osei Kwame Despite, Dr. Ofori Sarpong, and most of the affluent members of the East Legon Executives Fun Club were present at the grand opening of Mr. Derek’s mansion.
Saying a few words before allowing the people gathered access to the interior of the house, Double D disclosed that his plan initially was to build the mansion at Cantonment but his good friend Dr. Osei Kwame Despite insisted that he comes to East Legon because that is where they all are.
Luckily, Dr. Osei Kwame Despite got him the piece of the land the mansion currently sits on. He also eulogized Dr. Ofori Sarpong for all the great work he did for him with the site plan and most of the important things throughout the building process.
Through it all, one thing that is worth noting is that the mansion is beautiful. From the interior decoration, fittings, furniture, and whatever you can think of.
