Actor Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has replied Nhyiraba Kwadwo for claiming he spent GHC 30,000 on his surprise birthday party only for him not to show up.
Ghanaian award winning comic actor, Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin turned 34 years on Wednesday, 15 April, 2021.
He was well celebrated by the media and his colleagues in the industry.
A day after his birthday celebration, video of a Ghanaian businessman and musician Nhyiraba Kojo, went viral calling Lilwin fake and ungrateful for not showing up at a birthday party he organised for him.
Nhyiraba Kojo explained in the video that he together with some bloggers and some loved ones had planned to celebrate big time with Lilwin inside his NK City Mansion as flyers showing the venue, time and details of party were earlier hyped by bloggers online.
Lilwin’s failure to show up at the party held for him which has made Nhyiraba Kojo ‘vexmad’ as he has came out to blast the actor for making him waste his time and energy, click here to watch angry Nhyiraba Kojo blasting Lilwin.
Well, Lilwin has finally come out with a reply to Nhyiraba Kojo. To him, the GHC 30k spent on that birthday party could have been channelled to complete his boarding school project.
“Bro please stop the attention seeking since you did this without my notice and approval.” He said in reply to the claims by Nhyiraba Kojo.
However, he concluded with an apology to the inconvenience.
Lilwin’s responds comes after Nhyiraba Kojo released screenshots of the actor and his PRO ‘begging’ him to organise a birthday party for him.
Nhyiraba Kojo’s screenshots was a WhatsApp conversation he personally had with Lilwin and his PRO.
According to the screenshots, Lilwin’s PRO first texted Nhyiraba Kojo, pleading with him to celebrate his act on his birthday. Another screenshot showed Lilwin beaming with delight after being remembered by Nhyiraba Kojo, click here to see the screenshots.
