The Ofankor District Court has charged the two teenagers who killed a 10-year-old boy for money ritual at Kasoa with murder
In court today Tuesday 2oth April 2021, the prosecutors in charge of the case for money rituals say they need more time to determine the actual age of the suspects.
They, therefore, urged the court to remand the teenagers into police custody as their investigations continue.
This was granted by the court presided over by Samuel Kwesi Adjei who remanded the accused persons into police custody.
Samed Akalilu, the spokesperson for the family of the murdered boy, wants the police to conclude investigations immediately to enable the trial to commence.
The case has been adjourned to May 4 for continuation.
