The Court presided over by Her Honour Mrs. Christiana Cann, sentenced Akuapem Poloo to 90 days on each count but the court said, the sentence must run concurrently.

When the prison term is so short that by the time the Appeal is heard, the convict might have finished serving the sentence, bail is allowed
