A video believed to be the last of the late police officer Constable General Emmanuel Osei who was killed by armed robbers who attacked a bullion van at James Town

The 25-year-old police officer and an eyewitness, Afua Badu, were shot and killed by unknown armed robbers at Adedenkpo, a suburb of James Town in Accra on June 14 while he was escorting a bullion van transporting money.. Click here to read more about the story

However, in a new video sighted on social media, Constable General Emmanuel Osei was spotted with a lady who could be his lover or girlfriend having fun at a restaurant.

In the video that was shared online to probably mourn the police officer with an “RIP” caption, you can tell before he died, this was one of the beautiful memories they have together.
