In the video, you can see this was well planned, she had a young man bring her the offering and after she entered the room, the young man stood at the entrance to guard the place for her.

Its obvious she had no idea someone was recording her while she was stealing the offering.
She started by emptying the basket containing the money on the floor and began taking the ones she wanted as if she kept in there.
She then hid the monies in her bra and started behaving like a saint.
