Member of Parliament for Assin South Hon Kennedy Agyapong in a statement is set to send JoyFM to court over fake reportage and misinformation.
Kennedy Agyapong during an interview has alleged summoning Joyfm to court over fake news leading to the death of some citizens.
He stated that, the rate at which JoyFm is misleading the country by providing misinformation to the youth when the youth is the future of the country.

In a recall, Hon Kennedy Agyapong called out Joyfm workers for their plot to sabotage the NPP party after the party’s refusal to treat them well.
According to Hon Kennedy Agyapong, Joy FM manager told him about the workers’ plan to make sure that they make the New Patriotic Party unpopular after all they did for the party.
He continued that, the workers are very angry and are doing their best to make sure that the party will be less popular among Ghanaians.
