A 9-year-old girl has been arrested by the Lagos State Police after a video of a little girl setting fire into Lagos mall leading to the destruction of the whole building
The Lagos fire arsonist who is alleged to be a 9-year-old little girl has been arrested and interrogated by the Lagos state police to know why she did such a thing.

According to information gathered, the cost of goods destroyed in the fire is estimated to be over 5 billion Naira, which if the parents life saving are out together can’t reach 1/3 of the cost.
However, it’s alleged that the law doesn’t procure minors below a certain age no matter the degree of offence committed.
Will the law be applied in the girls case or she will be used as the scapegoat?
