21st century revolutionist and real estate developer, Nana Kwame Bediako (Freedom Jacob Caesar aka Cheddar) has won Forbes’ “Best of Africa Social Entrepreneurship Leadership Award”.
In a video monitored by Thedistin.com, Forbes representative, Mark presented the award virtually to the Ghanaian wealthy businessman.
The video also showed some of the projects Nana Kwame Bediako has done that has projected Ghana on the map.

Talking about Nana Kwame Bediako, he has done the unthinkable as he has gifted conjoined twins in Ghana a 5 bedroom house and an amount of Ghc600,000.
This was made possible after award winning broadcaster, Nana Aba Anamoah reached out to him.
Nana Aba shared a video of her moment with Nana Kwame Bediako which also captured the well furnished house on her Instagram page.
Nana Aba in the video thanked the wealthy businessman for his kindness towards the conjoined twins who needed help the urgently.
Interestingly, Nana Aba revealed that it was just a phone call she had with the real estate developer and he was so touched that he gave out a house for free – click here to watch the video.
